Jobber Plans and Pricing (2026)

Jobber publishes its pricing openly, which is a major advantage over ServiceTitan. The platform offers 6 plans split into two categories: Individual (solo operators) and Team (businesses with employees).

Plan Monthly Annual (per mo) Users Key Additions
Core (Individual) $39 $29 1 Scheduling, quoting, invoicing, online payments, online booking, CRM
Connect (Individual) $119 ~$99 1 + Reminders, QuickBooks sync, job forms, time tracking, automations
Grow (Individual) $199 ~$149 1 + Job costing, quote follow-ups, two-way SMS, quote add-ons
Connect Team $169 ~$129 5 Same as Connect Individual, built for teams
Grow Team $349 ~$249 10 Same as Grow Individual, built for teams

What HVAC Teams Actually Pay

The plan price is just the base. Add per-user fees and common add-ons to get the real number:

Team Size Best Plan Base Cost Extra Users Real Monthly
1 (solo) Core $39 $0 $39
3 (owner + 2 techs) Connect Team $169 $0 $169
5 (within plan limit) Connect Team $169 $0 $169
8 (3 extra users) Connect Team $169 $87 $256
10 (at Grow limit) Grow Team $349 $0 $349
15 (at Plus limit) Plus $599 $0 $599
20 (5 extra on Plus) Plus $599 $145 $744

The key inflection point is around 8 users. Below that, Jobber is cost-effective. Above 15 users, per-user fees compound fast and alternatives with flat-rate pricing (like Service Fusion) or enterprise pricing (like ServiceTitan with volume discounts) start to make more sense.

Add-Ons and Hidden Fees

Jobber keeps most features within its plan tiers, but two important add-ons are priced separately:

  • Marketing Suite: $79/month (included in Plus plan). Reviews, referrals, and email campaigns. Most HVAC companies want this for automated review collection alone.
  • AI Receptionist: $99/month (included in Plus plan). 24/7 inbound AI call answering. Cannot make outbound calls. Only handles basic scheduling and customer inquiries.
  • Extra users: $29/user/month beyond plan limits. This is the biggest hidden cost for growing teams.

A contractor on Grow Team ($349) who adds Marketing Suite ($79) and AI Receptionist ($99) is paying $527/month. At that point, the Plus plan at $599 (which includes both) makes more sense.

Payment Processing Fees

Jobber charges 2.9% + $0.30 per credit card transaction and 1% for ACH/bank payments through Jobber Payments (powered by Stripe).

On $50,000/month in card payments, expect ~$1,465 in processing fees. This is standard for the industry and comparable to Housecall Pro (2.99%) and ServiceTitan (2.9% + $0.30).

Jobber vs. Alternatives: Cost Comparison

Platform 5-Person Team 10-Person Team Free Trial Contract
Jobber $169 $349 14 days None
Housecall Pro $149 $399+ 14 days None
ServiceTitan $1,225-$1,725 $2,450-$3,450 None 12+ months

Jobber and Housecall Pro are priced within $20/month of each other for small teams. The choice comes down to feature preference: Jobber excels at route optimization and client management, while Housecall Pro has stronger customer communication tools. See our Housecall Pro vs Jobber head-to-head comparison.

ServiceTitan is 7-10x more expensive but includes enterprise features (marketing attribution, advanced pricebook, call tracking) that Jobber cannot match. For a detailed comparison, see Jobber vs ServiceTitan.

Who Should (and Should Not) Use Jobber

Good fit:

  • Solo operators who need professional quoting and invoicing from day one ($39/month)
  • Small to mid-size HVAC teams (2-15 technicians) who want a clean, fast-to-learn platform
  • Companies that value route optimization and reducing windshield time
  • Teams that need a strong mobile app (Jobber's iOS app is rated 4.8/5)

Not a good fit:

  • Teams larger than 15 people (per-user fees compound; evaluate ServiceTitan or flat-rate alternatives)
  • Companies that need advanced marketing attribution or dynamic flat-rate pricing (ServiceTitan territory)
  • Operations that rely heavily on visual sales proposals (Housecall Pro is stronger here)

Bottom Line

Jobber is the best value CRM for HVAC companies with 1-10 technicians. Transparent pricing, no contracts, and a 14-day free trial make it low-risk to try.

Tools That Pair Well With Jobber

  • Toggl Track for detailed time tracking beyond Jobber's built-in feature. Useful for tracking hours by job type and calculating true labor costs per service category.
  • Apollo.io for B2B prospecting if you do commercial HVAC, property management contracts, or builder partnerships. Find decision-maker emails and phone numbers for targeted outreach.
